These dolls were called "Little Princess" .
They were modelled after Queen Elizabeth II youngest daughter Princess Anne who had blonde curly hair at the time of the Queens Coronation .

She comes to you in an original tagged "Faerie Glenn" Made in England tagged dress with a matching bonnet, and two white buttons . This is an extremely rare outfit which has no rips or tears to it. The print to this dress is slightly different to the other Princess doll I am selling with a similar outfit. This material print is blue with red flowers.
Her white panties elastic has stretched over the years. On her feet are new white nylon socks and vintage blue Cinderella vinyl No. 0 shoes.

My doll does not have blonde hair but original brown mohair with a middle part and small plaits although it is not as full and long as it use to be when new. We will forgive her as she is approximately 60 years old now. The hair is still a good cover and her new blue satin ribbons makes her look very pretty.
Little Princess is wearing her original tagged Pedigree dress which was designed by the Queens dress designer Norman Hartnell. This dress came in 4 different colours, red/white, blue/white, green/white and yellow/white.
I am selling another Little Princess doll who has the light pale blonde hair and is wearing a red/white original tagged dress in another auction.
This doll is wearing the tagged original Pedigree dress white with pale blue spots, light blue rick rack, lace and long ties at the back. The dress has faded over the years but still very pretty. See photos
