Kader dolls were very popular in the 1950/1960's and most little girls had one to love and cherish and they could be either dressed as a little boy or girl.

This little cutie was made circa 1960, and has only Made in Hong Kong on her back.
Ok Kader stopped putting "Kader" on the back of their dolls at this time, and believe she is a Kader doll.
She has:
.head is made of a brittle type plastic
.rest of her is a softer plastic.
. open and shut blue eyes which are fringed with complete black plastic eyelashes,
.painted original brown eyebrows.
. closed red mouth,
. original blush to both cheeks,
.red dots in her nostrils.
. moulded hair and is in the shape of a pony tail at the back. It has been painted brown.
. jointed at the neck, arms, wrists and legs
.usual old glue marks along the neck seams.
She is wearing what we believe may be her original blue romper outfit and elastic shoulder straps have stretched over the years.
She looks adorable.
Things to be told for accuracy and honesty:
. one movable wrists appears to have been nibbled? but doesn't effect it to be moved.
. seams have darkened over the years.
She is a charming little doll from days gone by.

This is the largest doll of the OK Kader dolls range which were made in Hong Kong.
These dolls were also used as mannequins to display baby clothes in departments stores of that era.
They can wear preloved baby clothes and outfits due to the size of the body which makes them so easy to dress.
This lovely Kader doll is dressed in a vintage handmade baby outfit - smocking on dress, long jacket with smocking, hand crochet bonnet with matching crochet booties and white vintage lace adorned panties. There are some small wear marks to the dress and long matching jacket (see photos) as you would expect from an item of clothing that is 60 years old or more.
Kader is:
. head is made of hard brittle plastic with the normal middle glued seam, rest of her body is made of a softer plastic.
.jointed at the neck, arms, wrists, and bent legs and these can be moved to different poses.
. moulded painted curls at the front of her head and around the sides at the back.
. open and shut blue flirty eyes,
.complete black plastic eyelashes (these are usually broken in some way).
. original painted brown eyebrows- these are usually rubbed away.
.red painted mouth which shows wear to paint
. 2 little white top teeth,
. tongue moves in and out with the movement of the eyes (red tongue has faded)
