16" PEDIGREE WALKER DOLL
GORGEOUS VINTAGE LACE LONG BRIDE WEDDING DRESS
WITH MATCHING BONNET
PEARL BUTTONS PULL UP VINTAGE SHOES/BOOTS
This is a lovely Pedigree walker doll with a rare floating head who is wearing a vintage untagged lace Wedding dress and matching lace bonnet.
These dolls were one of the first dolls made by Pedigree.
She has a metal rod from her head to her crutch which gives the doll a floating look to her head.
This doll has:
. Pedigree Made in England on neck and back of body
. even flesh tan toned colour over her body, legs and arms.
.legs move smoothly with walking motion
.head moves from side to side
.head has original dark brown/black saran shoulder length glued on wig
. blue eyes with original brush eyelashes.
. red mouth with two white original teeth and tongue.
. can sit and stand by herself
.original blush to her cheeks, back of hands and knees
.no hairlines to face
.original blush to cheeks
.original red painted mouth
Things to declare for honesty and accuracy:
.mama voice box is no longer working and is sealed inside body and cannot be removed.
(This is quite usual again for these dolls, as the rubber inside the mama perishes over the period of time.)
.repaired side leg seams
.crazing to back of hands
.enhanced eyebrows which can be removed if desired
.usual darkened seams
.eyes sometimes stick in open or shut position, and just needs a gentle shake to loosen them

.vintage white lace long wedding dress with raised fabric on some of the flowers on the lace. See photos.
.dress is lined with cream satin type fabric.
. matching white lace bonnet which is tied under her neck with vintage satin ribbons.
. vintage nylon panties which may be original to her.
. vintage soft vinyl pearl button up boots
.brand new satin ribbon rose bouquet
She has the usual scuff marks for a doll which is over 60 years old, and has been loved by past owner(s)

This is a pretty hard plastic 16" walker doll circa 1950 walker doll with lovely colouring on her face and body, and wearing a lovely apricot colour dress, and white see through organdy overdress outfit.
She has:
. no markings to body (very common)
.no hairlines to her face
.no seam repairs
. repaired thin split at back of one leg - see photo
. blue flirty open and shut eyes
.complete original eyelashes to one eye and partial complete on other
. original red tongue and two original white teeth.
. head moves with the walking leg action
. lovely flesh colour all over her body.
. sit and stand
.original arm, and head rubber band
. non working mama voice box.
. original blush to knees and cheeks
. usual slight crazing to back of hands
.replaced new vintage brown wig - sausage curls in pigtails
.small remnants of fingernail polish on fingernails and toenails - hard to see.
