She is very similar to her big Lil Miss sisters, and has a glorious head of blonde rooted hair.
She is wearing her original 3 piece outfit with her original pink small shoes.
When Lil Miss was new she would "transform from a practice dancer to a dazzling ballerina." Cold water would make ballerina laces appear on her legs and warm water would make them disappear.
30 years later the laces are on her legs all the time.
She has a pretty face with blue eyeshadow, pink lips, pink heart on her cheek, and blush to both cheeks.
