The outfit is preloved and is vintage.
It consists of a:

This lovely 2 piece doll outfit has been made in circa 1950, and has been made of vintage cotton type fabric.
It is modelled on my 16" Pedigree doll and fits her very well.
The dress has a full skirt, is edged and trimmed with white rick rack, and has been hand embroided with blue flowers on the bodice and on the brim of the bonnet.
