VINTAGE 1986 ENESCO WIND UP MUSIC BOX OKTOBERFEST BEER BARREL POLKA DANCING AUD$22.99

Enesco are famous for their designed gift ware and music box collections.
This particular music box portrays a German Octoberfest Gazebo and was made in 1986.
It has been in someones collection and shows a little dust and this can be cleaned if desired.
It has a light bulb at the top of the gazebo which can be turned on independantly to the music box and runs by batteries. The light was working originally but it does not work now so it could just be the bulb which needs to be replaced or terminals are a little dirty.
The music box has a winder underneath and a lever on the side which turns it on.
When turned on the German folk dancers spin inside the gazebo on a rotating platform accompanied by an accordionist clad in Leder Hosen. The rotating platform sometimes hesitates a little but does not detract from the item at all and told for honesty and clarification.
The music tune is "the Beer Barrel Polka".
It stands approx 7" (18cm) tall and 5" (13cm) wide.
This item is nearly 30 years old and in wonderful condition.

vintage resin spinning bears wooden music box trinket jewellery box - ''let me call you sweetheart '' song aud$10.00

This little music jewellery trinket box appears to have had very little use if any as the original instructions are still sitting in the drawer.
The only drawer to the music box can be pulled open by a heart knob at the front and this turns on the music box part of it if it is wound up. If you close the drawer then it shuts off the music.
The box itself is quite heavy as the two bears spin and they are standing on a resin garden of grass.
It plays the music of ''Let Me Call You Sweetheart''.
The boy bear has a bunch of flowers behind his back and the pretty girl bear has a pink heart on her dress. Sometimes the girl gets stuck in her rotation and you just need to give her a little nudge and she will move again.
14cm x 20cm x 10cm approx.
A very colourful little music trinket box.

vintage OOAK porcelain artist music box with 18 century dressed man & lady music song from sound of music - ''my favourite things''
automaton lady aud$60.00

This is a rare OOAK porcelain automaton music box.
The music played is ''My Favourite Things'' from the movie ''Sound of Music''.
The dolls are part porcelain, plastic and cloth filled, and are dressed meticulously in 18 Century outfits. Just wonderful.
They both have porcelain heads, necks and part porcelain arms and hands. The fingers on the dolls are just extremely delicate and none are broken or chipped in anyway. The hairstyles are of the era as well.
They both site on a fabric covered wooden stand which has the music box inside it. It also comes with a brand new extendable key.
When wound up the ladies head moves slowly up and down and one of the arms moves a little as well.
The man is glued to the fabric and to make him stand upright I have put his arm around his lady friend and attached it to her with a pin.
A lovely ''ONE OF A KIND'' music box.
